Bad Karma Works For No One

We all have experienced a situation where another human being had hurt us or put us in a bad or negative situation.

The funny thing that people say is “One day they will feel the way I feel now” or “It will come back to them and they will regret doing this to me” or “I hope that this person will get what he/she has put me through”.

Something that I have found out through my experience is that BAD KARMA WORKS FOR NO ONE. It is self employed, it is not going to work for you so that you get to see the other person suffering the way you have or wishing it will be worse for them. It is not nice to be put in a situation where you get hurt or where you experience sadness or anger. But it is even worse to wish for someone else, BAD KARMA.

Karma is energy, it matches the energy that you put out and brings it back to you. “What goes around comes around”. The person that might have hurt you will get what they deserve whether it is worse or as painful based on what they have put out. Maybe they regret the way they made you feel, maybe it is unconsciously done, maybe they did not know that they have hurt you. Whatever the case, their (bad) Karma will come to them, and FORTUNATELY, it will NOT be according to your wishes (don’t feel bad, it’s all good).

You are angry and upset, you have been hurt and maybe heartbroken, but you have to just wish them all the best move on. Focus on your own Karma, Wishing or hoping something bad is going to happen to someone else is the exact energy that you are putting out and therefore, don’t be surprised when you meet another person that is giving you a hard time. So don’t try and do the job for Karma, you will not be able to do it, you don’t even know how to do it or what to do. If anything, you will cause yourself more harm than just letting it go.

You want revenge? Forgiveness is key!!! Just forgive whatever happened and move on. After being in a difficult relationship, having difficulties at work with someone, your friend neglecting your or any situation that includes people and them making you feel bad, just focus on what you love. Again… Forgiveness is key! Have peace with whatever happened, drop it, and leave it behind.

Monday Motivation

It’s time for my weekly MONDAY MOTIVATION

Today I would like to blog about a popular QUOTE! A quote that has been written by many successful people, It isΒ a motivation for many out there. However, I do not agree with this quote. WHY? Well I have a mind of my own and I would like to also think about what these successful (and I’m sure they are pretty amazing) people’s quotes. The reason for this is because, there is still some negativity in some of the quotes. They are good, but still I wouldn’t apply themΒ for myself. Simple. I also don’t like to take whatever people say as true. Again very SIMPLE, I would like to know what I allow into my mind.

Ok. Why? Why does the struggle needs to be SOOOO HARD so I can achieve success?

When some people read this, and they take it in as true, (because their role models experienced this) they will start experiencing failure in their own life. AND big chances are that they might experience this for a very long time. Until.. Untillll THE PAIN IS SO PAINFUL THEY CAN’T HANDLE IT ANYMORE. Then they will start their journey to success… BUT when will that happen? How will they get out of the pain? Probably by searching for solutions. But why taking this long route to success? YOU can enjoy your life and be successful. Two in one my friends… and the more success you see in your life the more SUCCESSFUL you will be. Isn’t that just easier, more fun, and super AWESOME?

Bread for breakfast is the ultimate wealth

What did you have this morning for breakfast? Or were you so busy to get ready for work you didn’t have time and so you just thought to yourself that you will buy coffee and a doughnut on your way to work?

I didn’t have bread this morning but a chocolate bar, yes! What a luxury… I can choose to have whatever I want for breakfast. AND THIS MAKES ME FEEL SO WEALTHY!

I saw a video yesterday night before I went to sleep of a Syrian boy who didn’t have bread for a long time, and he was eating grass for the past days. GRASS PEOPLE, GRASS!!! He was calm, not crying, just responding to the questions asked by the person who was recording (Click here to watch the 36seconds video that kept me awake all night.)

I think that many should stop complaining about the “hard times” they have on a daily basis. I’m serious, when I ask someone who they are doing they start complaining about the weather, they were in traffic, or they did not have enough sleep. The funny thing is that THEY CAN CHANGE, the sad thing is that THEY ARE NOT OPEN TO CHANGE.

I have faith that the wealthy bread eaters can contribute to help those who have to eat grass to survive. I ENCOURAGE all of you to donate a small amount monthly to a charity (or more) that you want to support.

Those who are in need have put their FAITH and BELIEVE in a better world in our hands. And it is not a hard task, the least we can do is to help.

Stop complaining and start donating.

Praying and sending unconditional love to those in need, and may the creator lighten up their hearts and keep the faith up high.

100 happy days

A little more than 3 months ago I started a challenge, the 100 happy days challenge.

AND yesterday was my last day of posting a picture of my 100 happy days (of course not the end of my happiness). The challenge was to post each day a picture, a happy moment as I call it. Even on my worst days I still had to “search” for a happy moment. That is the challenge, you can’t skip a day! I HAD TO POST IT.

The failing percentage for this challenge is a little bit more than 70%, and I wanted to know if I belong to this group or still finish it despite of the challenges that we face in our daily lives.

When I look back I must say that I am VERY PROUD of myself. My subconscious mind has probably changed as well because I reached and did some awesome things in the past 3 months.

  • Got a job which I REALLY needed because I had to save up some money for an amazing adventure. They even extendedΒ my contract twice, and yesterday was the third time (yeaaa, more money to save!)
  • Blessed with my supportive brother and sisters
  • Glad that my parents took good care of me when I was ill
  • Started exercising on a more regular basis
  • Run a PR for the 21.1 KM distance
  • Booked my ticket to my dream destination
  • Ran a marathon
  • Visited a new city, Copenhagen, Denmark
  • Got a spiritual healing
  • Turned 27 years young and accepted the getting “older” process
  • Accepted that people will find their own paths in life and say goodbye to you
  • Ate delicious food without feeling guilty
  • Started drinking more water
  • Started to make motivation videos
  • Started my own Facebook page Maanitalk
  • Gave away an amazing book to one of my followers
  • Started a blessing list (and I continue to add more things every day that I’m grateful for)
  • Did volunteer work
  • Met Nick Vujicic and took a selfie with him (haha)
  • Met new and amazing people
  • Had many many many cappuccino’s
  • Took some pretty nice selfies
  • AND MANY MORE HAPPINESS MOMENTS

To me, this challenge was about one simple fact… THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO BE HAPPY ABOUT. Very simple.

I encourage everybody to start this great challenge, and see for yourselfΒ what it will do to you and your life.

Let the HAPPY days continue, because life is great and God is good πŸ™‚
