The bad mood solution

I was a bit moody yesterday, things did not go so well (I thought, because I can be a drama queen). And to be honest with you, I just wanted to go home and go to bed and do nothing. Just sleep and not think about anything. So I did. Then I woke up from my nap feeling the same as before.

How can I get rid of this… Okay, lets hit the gym, I thought. And I did! I went for 1h30m to the gym. I did different exercises and did ran and cycled and all the happy stuff you can do in the gym. And still after one hour of running and cycling I was JUST NOT FEELING GOOD.

HOW ON EARTH CAN I REMOVE THIS FEELING. AND WHY AM I FEELING LIKE THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE?!

When I dropped that question, all my bad feelings dropped with it as well. There was nothing I had to worry about. When I got home I made a list of all the GOOD things during that day.

  • I my had my 1L lemon water intake
  • I went to the gym for 1h30m
  • I had a great dinner
  • My sister made me laugh
  • My skin looked more clear today
  • I cleaned my bed sheet and room
  • I felt really good and healthy in my own body
  • I have food, a bed to sleep in and a warm house
  • The stars looked nice and bright when I looked up

What an amazing list, what a blessing to be alive!

What was I worrying about again?!

Moral of the story: two things, ONE COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS, TWO THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!
